Pentax have announced the introduction of their new PLP-600 range of Lasers which are aimed at the general construction market. Based on the successful PLP-50 and PLP-5H ranges the new PLP-600 Lasers have been designed with high performance features and a competitive price.

There are 4 models in the range comprising of PLP-601R, PLP-602R, PLP-601 and PLP-602. The PLP-601R and PLP-602R are supplied with ni-mh battery packs and chargers whilst the PLP-601 and PLP-602 models are powered by 4x D cell alkaline batteries. The PLP-601R and PLP-601 provide 10″ accuracy with a 200m working range whereas the PLP-602R and PLP-602 have an accuracy of 12″ and a 120m range.

     All models are automatically self leveling within a +/- 10% range and the Pentax compensator system ensures that leveling is achieved quickly and accurately.
